Self Pick Ups and Returns

Free local pick up is offered for those who want to avoid the delivery fee and minimum rental amount.

We are open for pickup and drop off: Monday - Friday from 9:30 am to 4:30 pm.
Customer is responsible for arriving at our warehouse during those hours. Additional fee will apply for pick ups/returns completed after hours.

  • Customer must bring the appropriate size vehicle and transport materials to protect all items during transit.

  • If the customer does not provide blankets a $7.50. rental will be charged for each blanket provided by S&SP. The customers must return the blankets at time of drop off. If blankets are not returned an additional $15 will be charged for each blanket.

  • When returning your items for drop off bring your paperwork to expedite check in.

  • All rented Rugs and Textiles must be returned free of debris. Candleholders must be returned free of wax.

  • The payment account on file will be charged a cleaning fee if items are returned dirty or soiled.

  • The payment account on file will be charged for any Loss and Damage to rented items.

Late Returns: Items that are returned late will be charged a late fee:

  • 9:30am - 12noon      Additional 10%

  • 12pm - 3pm      Additional 15%

  • 3pm - Closing    Additional 25%

Weekend Pick Ups/Returns

Pick ups on Saturday or Sunday will be charged an after hour rate.

Delivery & Pick Up Services

Do you Deliver?

Customarily, we do not offer delivery. However we can offer this service, to out-of-towner planners working in Las Vegas.

We offer curbside deliveries and pick-only [Port-to-Port]. We Do Not Offer Set Up or Teardown Services - .

  • If we deliver and pick-up, we need to know dates, time and location. This is necessary to properly schedule and to accurately bill for our services.

  • It is the client's responsibility to have someone available to sign for all rentals at drop off and pick up.

  • We require adequate access to the venue site, so our team can deliver and collect your rental items. Venue must be easily accessible with vehicle parking near the venue entrance for unloading and pick up.

  • Access to at least an hour before and after the event to remove all prop rentals.

  • Earliest props can leave SASP for a delivery is 9am. The latest pick time is 4:00pm. Any pick up after 5:00pm an additional rental fee will apply.

What are your delivery charges?

  • Standard Delivery Charges: Monday-Friday Earliest time is 9:00am. Latest time is 4:00pm. The minimum charge for delivery is $100 each way depending on load or location. Any after hours pick up between 5:00pm-11pm a $150 fee will apply.

  • *OT [Over Time] Is applicable outside regular business hours Monday - Friday 9am - 5PM

  • Weekends and Holidays Delivery/Pick up Charges - Between the hours of 9am-3pm. the minimum charge is $250 each way.

  • Rush Orders Are Subject To Surcharges: - Same Day: $75 | Next Day: $100 | Two-Day Rush: $60

  • In addition to the rental price, what other fees are there to rent items?
 We charge for delivery and sales tax. SASP can provide a quote for you so you know exactly what your price is.

    LVCC Marshaling Delivery and Pick up

    There are special protocols and charges to deliver and pick up to the Las Vegas Convention Center. These protocols will be available to you before setting up a delivery and pick up service.
